In the “Sheet metal, tube and profile processing” category, Senodis came out on top ahead of J. Schmalz and Hans-Schröder-Maschinenbau and won 1st place in the category yesterday. The expert jury led by Frauke Finus (Editor-in-Chief at Blechnet) honoured the digitalisation solution and emphasised that “Senodis has brought a thoroughly innovative product to the market”. In her laudatory speech, Finus discussed the special characteristics of the CeraCode® marking solution, focussed on the importance of consistent component marking in hot forming and praised the innovative approach from which the entire sheet metal processing industry could benefit. Following the award ceremony, winners and spectators came together for a champagne reception and Senodis received numerous interested questions about the CeraCode® technology.
